Our services also require some basic construction administration to verify that the project can be successfully built as intended.

We also can perform a feasibility analysis of your project for a fixed fee -  $2000±. which looks at basic metrics and schematic design ideas for meeting your project goals as you initially define them.  It also estimates our fee to complete the planning work.  This work often brings enough confidence for you to move forward with the project as you will most likely gain a good sense of a practical solution that can meet your budget and achieve most of what you may be looking for.

Our design process involves a thorough consultation with you to understand your needs and vision for the project. We then create a concept design and work to refine the design until it meets your requirements.  Once the design is finalized, we prepare detailed drawings and specifications for the construction phase.
